Privacy Policy

ReviewOps helps Amazon sellers manage official product review and seller feedback requests through Amazon's approved Selling Partner API workflows. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

How we use information

Advertising measurement

ReviewOps uses the Reddit Pixel to measure page visits, checkout interest, trial signup events, and advertising attribution. Reddit may use cookies and similar technologies and receive device/browser information, IP address, Reddit click identifiers, and a SHA-256-hashed account email with these events. ReviewOps does not send your plain-text account email through the Conversions API. ReviewOps does not load the Reddit Pixel when a supported browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. You can also disable Reddit advertising measurement for this browser below.

Reddit advertising measurement is enabled for this browser.

Amazon data handling

ReviewOps does not ask for Seller Central passwords. Amazon refresh tokens are encrypted server-side. ReviewOps does not sell Amazon seller data, scrape Amazon pages, or send custom buyer messages outside Amazon's approved solicitation workflow.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data for money. We use infrastructure providers such as hosting, database, DNS, email routing, and monitoring providers as needed to operate ReviewOps. We also share limited website event and attribution data with Reddit for advertising measurement unless you opt out.

Retention and deletion

We keep account authorization data while your ReviewOps connection is active. You may request disconnection or deletion by contacting support@reviewops.app.
